Is Scodix a digital or offset process?

Scodix is a digital process, making it perfect for small runs. But it can also be placed on top of offset printed pieces – win, win!

Can I request a flat Scodix?

At this time, we only offer scodix in a raised spot UV option. If you’re looking for a flat, spot gloss option, check out our spot gloss varnish or strikethrough varnish options!

Can you apply Scodix to an uncoated paper?

Nope. But if you’re looking for a matte finish, we recommend applying a dull aqueous or a matte laminate. Scodix pairs perfectly with both, and we can help you choose the right one for your project.

Can you blind apply Scodix?

You sure can! And it looks amazing. Blind Scodix on top of black ink is the stuff dreams are made of.
